The High School Science & Mathematics Teacher (Living Environment / Algebra I) delivers rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that prepares students for success in New York State Regents–level coursework. The educator designs engaging, inquiry-based lessons that build strong scientific reasoning, mathematical fluency, and critical thinking skills while differentiating to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with IEPs and multilingual learners. Core responsibilities include using data to drive instruction, preparing students for Regents exams, and fostering a structured, inclusive classroom culture rooted in high expectations and accountability.
